Cheers to the start of Thanksgiving weekend with a glass of Dovetail's Holiday Bock! The brewery's beloved seasonal brew makes its return to the taps on Wednesday, November 22 and to celebrate, the brewery has created a special cheese flight to pair with the brew. Stronger and darker than a typical lager, the Holiday Bock's robust malt character is nicely balanced with a slightly candied-fruit sweetness and noble hops.

Enjoy the Holiday Bock in Dovetail Brewery's tap room on Thanksgiving Eve and don't forget to pick up a growler or two to enjoy on Thanksgiving Day. This 100% barley malt lager, with a 7.6% ABV, is ideal for warming up after a family football game or bringing more spirit to the dinner table.

Dovetail will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but the tap room will be open from noon to 11 p.m. Friday, November 24. Take refuge from Black Friday shopping or stop by just to celebrate the day off. Don't forget to bring leftover turkey sandwiches!

Dovetail's 2nd Annual Holiday Market, Sat. Dec. 16
Didn't get all your holiday shopping done on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? Dovetail's 2nd Annual Holiday Market has you covered. Some of Chicago's best craft artisans will be selling a variety of quality goods that make perfect gifts for everyone. The event takes place from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, December 16 in the brewery's upstairs barrelhouse loft.

Shop until you drop, and then take a seat downstairs in the taproom and recharge with Bruges Brothers snacks and Dovetail brews, including the seasonal Holiday Bock. Vendors include Sausage Konig, Abbey Brown Soap Artisan, Amati Originals, Chicago Wood & Leather, Hail to the Ale, LaFleur Illustration, Razz Art, Re4mado Photography, Sundae Crochet Co., We Are Lions and Worth a 1000 Beers. Dovetail's branded quality glassware and apparel also will be available for purchase.

Dovetail is now open from 4 - 11 pm on Mondays! Beat the Monday blues with a tasty brew in the taproom.
