Mnuchin says steel, aluminum tariffs won’t apply to Canada, Mexico if Nafta renegotiated

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin held out to Canada and Mexico the prospect of avoiding U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum, echoing President Donald Trump by tying them to a remake of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
