Shanghai, China - March 23, 2018 - Chinese company Cheers Electrical Technical Co., LTD recently announced that they have expanded their product range with a state-of-the-art 70 sq mm wire cut strip machine. With a weight of 100kg, the heavy-duty automatic wire cutting stripping machine is designed to process large gauge wires and big diameter cables with cross-sectional areas of up to 70mm2 and outside diameters of up to 25mm.

With a wire and cable cutting length of around 1 to 99999 mm and stripping length of 0 to 150mm, the wire cut strip machine has a memory function that allows the machine to store up to a maximum of 100 group programs. The wire cutting stripping machine can also process up to a maximum of 16 middle stripping sections, and has a cutting tolerance of 0.002 multiplied by the cutting length of long gauge wires and big diameter cables.
With hard tungsten steel as the machine’s blade material, and with eight-wheel drives to feed wires and cables through, the 70 sq mm wire cut strip machine is capable of stripping Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sheathed, Teflon sheathed, Fiberglass sheathed cables and more. The end result is the production of cut and stripped wires and cables at a rate of 3000 to 6000 pieces per hour.
Designed to take up to a maximum of 600 watts (600W) of power, the wire cut strip machine has an operating power requirement between a minimum of 198 volts to a maximum of 242 volts per 50 electric cycles of alternating current (220V ±10% / 50Hz) and between a minimum of 99 volts to a maximum of 121 volts per 50 electric cycles of alternating current (110V ±10% / 50Hz)
Maximum overall dimensions of the wire cut strip machine are at 600mm in length, 420mm in width, and 520mm in height. The wire cutting stripping machine also comes with a Liquid-Crystal Display (LCD) screen with the option to view instructions in English for the purpose of configuring and customising the machine to fit its users’ requirements.
