The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is a certification that is focused on quality management and performance.
The Pump & Motor Works President, Sergio Andre says, “The general structure for the quality management system has been present for years. This program however, has many benefits to our entire team. When we implement change, it’s critical to get buy-in from the whole team, from craft all the way up to management.”
The Pump & Motor Works began as a small brokerage firm, and has evolved into a fully integrated research, design, development, and testing facility.
Andre says, “For the past 25 years, our goal has been to develop and maintain the largest inventory of large electric motors and industrial pumps in the world. And to do that, quality management is critical.”
The Pump & Motor Works now has a 60,000-square foot manufacturing plant, and a robust team of engineers and technicians equipped with the latest in cutting-edge technology.
